Completion of construction works at facility «Liquefied natural gas transshipment quay of Terminal for LNG production and transshipment in Vysotsk port»
On March 4, 2019 construction works in Vysotsk port were completed at facility «Liquefied natural gas transshipment quay of Terminal for LNG production and transshipment in Vysotsk port».
Consumer: Cryogas Vysotsk, LLC
Work period: October 2017 – March 2019
Basic works were performed in complicated winter period with assistance of an ice tug and considerable involvement of construction fleet.
Operations performed:
- installation of pile shells (diameter 1420×16 mm) — 143 pcs (2,000 t);
- drilling in the pile shell cavity with offshore drilling machines Wirth — 1,408 lm;
- arrangement of the quay superstructure, concreting — 4,700 m3;
- arrangement of metal frameworks — 5 pcs (158 t), arrangement of pedestrian passages — 6 pcs (50 t);
- installation of fenders Fender Team SPC 1000 — 4 pcs;
- installation of self-detachable hooks Mampaey — 6 pcs;
- of docking system.
All the construction works were completed within a short time.
